I see Koleen Guete and sheu2019s wonderful! She takes her time to listen and sheu2019s very motivating/uplifting. She has a very bubbly and friendly personality. Koleen does a great job explaining and educating but also values my opinion in my health. Sheu2019s very respectful to make sure I always feel comfortable with our treatment plan. I know I can always come to her with any concerns. She never makes me feel like I ask silly questions or like sheu2019s rushing me. Iu2019m very picky when it comes to physicians but sheu2019s been nothing less than amazing to me! Thank you for all you do Koleen!

Excellent Dr Office! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Dr Bongers is the best, happy to have him as my Doc. Checked on pharmacy pricing also and the prices are about half of what CVS charges! Very impressed

Donu2019t go to Tia Hadley. She doesnu2019t get you prescriptions in decent amount of time and in some cases makes you do extra services when my insurance would never approve or require any additional testing. And when I pointed this out she dropped me as a patient. Very nice attitude.

Left voice messages with supervisor Gina in accounting, but she is not returning my calls. So if she sees this message maybe she can call me back, or her supervisor can return the call for her by chance. I have been a patient at Rosehill for several years and would like to continue being a patient. Itu2019s sad that the office in Derby effects the business in Rosehill. itu2019s not fair to Dr Marty that they canu2019t take good care of his patients like he does.nnFollow up: she called me back. She was not willing to work with me on a no show visit at Derby center. She stated policy standards, but I am going to guess that she has worked with others on this policy. She would rather lose a 23 year long term patient to their facility at Rosehill than work with a $50 charge. What's that say about this practice. Anyone know how I can proceed with a complaint on this? Its not about the $50, its about the principle!
