I've been with this practice for over 5 years and I'm just done. I don't ask for much. I had an appointment on March 4. The doctor refused to do blood tests and gave me a handwritten referral to a specialist with no notes, test results or anything. He said they would do all the tests. The specialist refused to see me because of an incomplete and unprofessional referral. I had to call the practice manager and finally the doctor called and asked me what blood tests I wanted. I mean, isn't he supposed to know? I went in for the blood draw the next day. I heard nothing for days until I got a call from the doctor asking why I didn't come in! After calling the office yet again, it was determined the staff never scanned the results into my chart and the doctor never saw them. They have a patient portal but the test results weren't attached correctly so I couldn't open them. They mailed the results to me through snail mail. The test results were incomplete and how do I know what they really mean anyway? I called twice recently to get the proper referral from the doctor and he has never called back. I give up. I started this process on March 4th and still don't have all my test results, nor my needed referral. My conclusion is the doctor simply doesn't care. I would never recommend this facility to anyone at this point. Edit: I finally got a referral appointment.

I agree with the posts saying front desk was extremely rude. I ended up switching practices due to the way I was spoken to and how they would not help me when I needed a refill of my medication that I needed to stay on before getting in to the dr. They told me to go to urgent care if I needed help. WTF kind of care is that. Much happier and better taken care of in my new practice.

I had been coming here for years..Referred by my parents. They send me a certified later on my door. I call today too find out why he is dismissing me as a Patient. Over a $380 dollar bill. This Karen lady who works there has been harassing me with phone calls since last week over this bills. Then I call back too speak to Dr. Camisa. The rude lady tells me not too call no more and they don't have too explain nothing too me. Good too know. All they care about is $$$. They don't care about you. Found me another doctor that will care about you not money and billing your insurance just because. New patients Beware. Hate I wasted my time and years with this establishment. Good night

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have never come across people so rude and so lacking in empathy. Every time I have called the front desk I have had a terrible experience. I called today begging for a prescription for inhalers because I am out and they were closed for the holidays. I was also trying to get them to transfer my records to a specialist. But they refused to let me finish what I was trying to say and hung up on me telling me that the doctor will call me back. Mind you, this has happened in the past and the doctor did not call me back, so only go in to this practice if you want to interact with a bunch of rude entitled cruel liars.

Dr. Yeghissian and Natalie are awesome. I switched to come here approx 5 years ago. Best thing I ever did. I would highly recommend them. When Dr Yeghissian is in I see Dr. Camisa, heu2019s great also.nThe phlebotomist I had today was one of the best ones Iu2019ve had here.
