Well it starts with the MAu2019s at the front desk. They were all very courteous and helpful. From the time my mom stepped through the door. From signing in to filling out the paperwork. The MA that took us to the room and took our chief complaint till the time the Dr came in. Was a wonderful experience. The Dr. was very very good with my mom (Sandra Lloyd) he was very kind and explained everything that would be happening. He took his time I did not feel rushed at all with him. He did a couple of test on my mom and was very gentle with her and explained what her outcome would be. I would recommend this office staff and Dr to anyone that has a problem like my mom has. Thank you for your kindness.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They ensured that everything was in order prior to my appointment. The office was clean and they were very timely. The doctor himself was very professional and willing to answer any questions. This was by far a very great visit and I would recommend them for any patient needs in the field.

My appointment was only 5 min. late. She explained what we were going to do today. I told her I was going to have a knee replacement done. She said she'd make an appointment for me with Dr. Wilson in June and she and I will decide when my surgery will take place. The P.A. was great. She explained what she was doing to the P.A. who was training with her and had her feel where she would be injecting the cortisone. Great appointment!

The ladies at the front are very nice and friendly The Doctor? Not so much. Just stated my name. Didn't smile. It was like being examined by a robot. She clearly has a job to to and being nice to her pts is not one of them. Not a priority at all. I did not want to add to her production so I didn't get glasses that day. I do not want to see her again as having to see patients clearly interrupts her day. She can't smile as far as I can tell or even say Hello.nThank you
