Phenomenal service. I canu2019t stress this enough. I brought my son in for an injury that had occurred at school. The nurses there were so kind and explained the situation and how they were going to help us. Then the radiographer came in and examined my sonu2019s foot. He had such a bubbly and expressive personality and was amazing overall. Even when me and my husband had difficulty understanding, the radiographer explained it to us in a way we could understand. The staff overall was amazing the whole way through. I highly recommend coming here if you want good service and a better understanding of what exactly is happening with you or the patient.

I visited this place in September in 2023 for ongoing ear pain. I came straight from work in my scrubs( I work at an animal hospital), and unfortunately, that seemed to derail the visit. The nurse practitioner spent about 20 minutes venting about a traumatic experience with her dog at a local emergency vet, which I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. While I sympathize with her loss, I was there seeking care, not to serve as an outlet for her frustration.nnThe actual exam felt rushedu2014less than five minutesu2014and I left without much discussion, guidance, or relief. Iu2019m still dealing with the same issue and will now need to seek follow-up care elsewhere. I think if I would have been properly examined and not prescribed a random antibiotic, I wouldnu2019t still be dealing with this issue. I hope future patients receive more focused and respectful attention. Someone filling in for reception was also very rude, and very loudly speaking about a past balance on my account, this can be handled with more care.nnI am giving two stars because I had a positive experience once, but that was it. The lady was very kind and offered good advice and non-judgmental treatment to me. I wish her the best.

What a Fantastic clinical team and blood draw experience I hadu2026nPrecise, perfect, and helpful as they listened to all my concerns as well as in providing responses!nFNP S Faiz was amazing as well as her assistant!nI work in healthcare at numerous outpatient care centers, but nothing compares to Dr M Ali & Dr P Decillou2019s office and clinical team- they are experts and a phenomenal patient focused team.nI left the office/appointment feeling much more confident of myself, relieved and empowered.nBeyond all Expectations!nBravo and Thank you!

I was very happy with the service and care my son received at this clinic. The staff was amazing, special thanks to Timothy the x-ray tech, he made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Update: I called the office today, 2/10/2025, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The lady who answered was extremely rude, to the point where I felt the need to let her know how unpleasant she was being. On top of that, I was initially told that my results would be ready in two days, but now itu2019s been over a week, and Iu2019m still waiting.nnIu2019m very disappointed with the service, and I feel misled. At this point, I would strongly advise finding another option. Iu2019ll reconsider and update my review if my experience improves, but for now, I donu2019t recommend spending your money here. Also was told that the portal not working was my problem.nnI had a fantastic experience at this clinic! The entire process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciate that they accept a wide range of insurance plans. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The nurse who checked my vitals and drew my blood was amazingu2014gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The student doctor was also greatu2014he took the time to really listen to my concerns, which I truly appreciated. And the supervising doctor? Absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and reassuring. Overall, a great experienceu2014I highly recommend this clinic!
