Took a blood test over a week ago. Never got a call about my results. Then when I called, the receptionist was questioning herself if the results were right or not. Then I began to ask questions and she knew absolutely nothing. I know sheu2019s a receptionist but didnu2019t say u201cwould you like to speak to the doctor?u201d Or u201cheu2019s not in but I can leave a note for him to give you a callu201d nothing . I knew I took the test on the weekend before Christmas would push out the results but I donu2019t truly believe they had the actual results the way I had to actually call to get the results and the way she was talking to me was super hesitant on answering anything I asked. I better not get billed. Because I will not be paying . Terrible experience.
