Had the best experience you can expect when going to an urgent care. Family First Urgent Care team immediately makes you feel at home as they have complimentary coffee for you in the waiting room. Everyone was very friendly and the wait was not too long. Chase made my sister and I feel super heard with all of our symptoms & even made us laughu2014laughter is the best medicine. Will definitely be coming back here for any future needs.

The staff was helpful and nice. The office was very clean and nice looking. I didn't have to wait too long to go back or for the doctor to see me once I was in a room. I took my 2 yr old and 3 month old and the staff here made it the best experience while dealing with 2 sick kids. We saw Doctor Tobin and she was amazing with my kids. The other staff were so helpful as well letting my sick kiddo get a toy from the toy box and getting a sucker just to make him feel better! Highly recommend Family First!

I absolutely love being a patient of Christy Wilcox's. She took the time to truly listen to me and made me feel included and heard! She didn't just slap meds at me and call it a day. She has been there every step of the way to find the right treatment for me. Great patient care and wonderful bed side manner. No long wait times either!!!

This is a great doctors office. Everyoneu2019s very nice as long as they are fully staffed you are in and out. The only problem is it is very cold in there. A lot of the times!! they fixed the problem for a little bit, but the last time we went, it was really cold again makes it for an uncomfortable visit for sure.
