If you are in need of urgent care PLEASE do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I had to wait over an hour after my SCHEDULED appointment time for someone to see me, because they unprofessionally overbooked multiple patients for the same time. The actual service isnu2019t too long but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Pass 1/10

came here with my best friend to get a check-up and we had to wait almost an hour just to even her acknowledged. she already had an appointment too. please do NOT come here, they seem to be severely understaffed and unprofessional. my friend is in the middle of trying to get her refund on her copay for a service she didnu2019t even get.

First of all Iu2019d like to say this place is garbage as well as the facility staff. I went there 12/17/2023 for a checkout that turned out that I would be needing tests done on me. They told me in order to be seen iu2019d have to pay a total of $125, which I did because if I didnu2019t, I would not have gotten serviced. But my concern is the lack of communication amongst a patient and amongst a medical facility this is ridiculous. How dare they bill me again $125 for a service that they did not mention to me about as far as getting tests done on me they said that this would be included in the service that they are serving me as a patient there; they lied I am not paying this bill and I will be reporting this place.

My husband's doctor was very nice and informative. The only issue that I had was the 1 hour and a half wait for my husband to see the doctor. But, this was my husband's 1st visit. Maybe the next visit, he'll be seen a lot sooner.
