I have visited this clinic few times. In brief the nursing staff is very unprofessional and the management has no ethics.My son was prescribed a lab test and the unprofessional staff did not arrange collection of sample at correct sample collection time. As a result, lab test results were not accurate and I was asked by clinic for a repeat test ( this time at correct collection time as they had realized their mistake)The Clinic, specifically Dr Mussaji admitted their mistake and agreed to pay the lab test bill by Labcorp as the test was not covered by insurance. They even conveyed willingness for bill payment by Clinic to Labcorp and Labcorp confirmed me about bill settlement. This commitment about bill payment by clinic is available in Labcorp records.Now after few months I started receiving messages from Labcorp to settle outstanding bill as Clinic refused to clear the bill. When I contacted clinic and reminded their commitment to clear the bill, the clinic Manager was very rude and flatly refused about any such conversation. I even sent messages to Dr Mussaji who was equally evasive. Ultimately I had to personally settle the bill with Labcorp. Unprofessional staff, no ethics by management and ultimately the patient has to face the consequence Just a word of advice.

Our whole family switched to the Fairway Medical Clinic, including my mom. We like Dr. Mussaji very much. He is knowledgeable, kind, very funny and great with seniors. He treats us like family. People have complained in previous reviews about the office staff. They are all gone. Andy is new and very lovely. It is very convenient being around the corner from my home. We are taken right into a room and never have to wait, which is especially helpful now during Covid. They have x-rays too. Dr. Mussaji is in now Tuesdays and Thursdays and Johnny the NP is there everyday. We left a big office with hours long wait time and not enough personal attention. Fairway is a smaller, quieter office with a lot of personal attention. We highly recommend it.

They ainu2019t gonna take you serious. this is a business. the doctor himself barely comes around. honestly they need to find some new people that actually cares and wanna help the community. they are stereotypical and go by numbers!!! yall check on your elders that live in the area that donu2019t have much else to go. I had a 2:30 appointment and I aint see the doctor until 4pm just for him to tell me to take my medicine and walk out and take a phone call and come back and writes me off, I left outta that office at 4:30. definitely finding another PCP. very unprofessional. I dont recommend 0/10.
