Very good experience. Did not have to wait long. The nurse was extremely friendly, took the time to get to know me. The doctor was also very friendly. The facility was clean and the front desk Associates were also kind as well.

Provider was great, no issues and fast with diagnosis and send Rx to preferred pharmacy. The receptionist on the other hand, was very NASTY, unsympathetic, and very rude, when I told her I didnu2019t have my sons insurance card, which is through Md health connections, it clearly states on the eligibility paper that the dr or pharmacy can call EVS to verify eligibility status, and she declined, said, VERY RUDELY u201cwe donu2019t do that here, you can go sit and try to call yourselfu201d which, if I tried to call, I would not get through to anyone, since itu2019s an automated systemu2026also said, ABRUPTLY, MIGHT I ADD,nu201cwe canu2019t treat HIM if you donu2019t have his insurance cardu201d so I had to wind up paying for my sons appointment out of pocket, which is $140 that I really could not afford! When dealing with sick patients who need help, she DEFINITELY should NOT be dealing with people who need assistance, and realize that if it wasnu2019t for the ill, she wouldnu2019t have a job!! NEVER in my life have I had such a rude and insensitive medical facility representative treat me and my child as if we were a burden to her!!

The receptionist could have been a little more friendly. And the doctor told me my foot was broken at the arch. When the X-ray doctor called he said it was my little toe. And it is not. He didnu2019t like it when I said he was wrong about my toe. But it is my foot. He asked me who the doctor was reading the X-ray and he is right Iu2019m wrong. I wouldnu2019t come to urgent care for broken toe or toes. But I canu2019t out pressure in my foot.

Convenient, nice staff. Ordered meds and chest x ray.nNot sure why I wasn't offered nebulizer, which I thought would have helped. Also I wish a test was done to determine the virus, Covid, Flu, RSV, or was it bacterial. I think it's always helpful to know, especially when I have my followup with my primary care

After a car accident the exam was minimal and no xray tech on site. Wanted me to go to another urgent care 10 miles away in another state.nFront office staff was helpful.
