Itu2019s nice to have a telehealth option for illness, but itu2019s awful how stingy this place is with medicine and I donu2019t feel like itu2019s worth using, when if you go in person youu2019d get so much more supportive care to get through various illnesses. You wait a long time for very quick zoom calls, and they donu2019t treat you like they would in the clinic. I felt like I wasted time for my daughter to be prescribed otc dimetapp, and not even bromfed. I asked for a nausea med because postnasal gets her so bad vomiting and she gave us a quantity of 4, which doesnu2019t get us through the virus. I took her in person today and she was given steroid, bromfed and Zofran enough to get through a sickness.

I've never had a problem with Fast Pace until I had a billing issue. I tried for several weeks to reach the billing department and never got any one to answer the phone at the corporate office. After multiple attempts and voicemails left, I finally had a young woman call and leave me a voicemail to call her back. Same results...no answer. My only option is to leave this review and not visit them again. This whole mess started because $200 was taken out of my checking account well after my visit that I never authorized and have no idea what the charges are even for.Seems if the charges were legit they wouldn't mind explaining them to me.

Do not waste your time or money going to Fast Pace in Oaklandu2026 it is a racket. I had a sinus infection. Couldnu2019t go to my regular clinic, so I came here because I know my body and I needed to get antibiotics that dayu2026 or I would be going downhill fast. Basically wound up paying a co-pay and taking a 1/2 day off of work for a flu/covid test. (This was the only useful thing that happened there that day.) Was prescribed a u201ccombou201d pill and nasal spray (my insurance covered neither one)u2026 for a sinus INFECTION. Asked about getting antibiotics. Was told that my sinus infection had to linger and fester for several more days before they would consider prescribing me the antibiotics that I know I needed. Againu2026 do not go here! Do NOT waste your time or money. Go anywhere else!Update u2014 and be prepared to receive a certified letter in the mail from them telling you to u201cpromptly find another physicianu201d when you choose to self-advocate for your blatant lack of care.

Also they send people back into the lobby after testing positive for covid/flu with no mask. I think it's bc the new doctor has weird calves.Also, who else works a minimum wage job and is asked to do extra work without extra pay? I was given a tye-dye shirt for my extra work. The manager put her cat on the back of it...the cat she breeds and hoards. Fast Pace is an awful business. They started with charging people without insurance $75....to help the rural community. Today, they charge $150....do you think they are really here for the community or for the payout so the higher ups can pay the rent on their mansions?
