I am writing to express my concern regarding an interaction I had today while attempting to schedule an appointment for my son, who has been a patient at your office for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the two individuals I spoke with were unprofessional, rude, and refused to provide their names. Additionally, they hung up on me, which was both frustrating and disappointing.nI understand that you do not accept my current insurance; however, my main concern is that your office is still listed as an in-network provider under the First Health website. If you no longer accept this insurance, I strongly suggest updating your information on the site to prevent any confusion for future patients. This was a key factor in my decision to select this insurance plan, and the inaccurate listing has led to a lot of unnecessary frustration.nnI have attached a link to the website that lists FAST TRACK as a provider, hoping that this will help facilitate the necessary updates on your end.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.

Dr. Is great. He seems very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk lady needs to be replaced. She is rude. The office isn't kid friendly which is weird for a pediatrician office. They have an excess amount of signs posted about compliance and how they will drop you as patient if you even move a chair in the exam room. I got more of a prison vibe then a pediatrician vibe. Lots of better options in ocala for sure.

Everyone on staff is very friendly. I usually dread taking my kids to the doctor, but this office is very quick and to the point. Everyone is happy to answer any questions I might have. Always smiling and kind. They make our appointment days and even our walk-in days very easy. I would definitely recommend this office ud83dudc4d

I am so satisfied with the service I received 2/18/17. The staff that was working this Saturday went above and beyond to accommodate myself wth my daughter needing to be seen medically. The staff was able to accommodate a very very quick appointment in and out within an hour. I can not express how thankful I am the ladies at the front desk spent time researching my daughters insurance, & offered information for a walk in clinic that was local . I am forever thankful!! I will be switching my daughters primary physician due to how these ladies understand what customer service is AND went above and beyond! Thanks!!
