I really like this place! I have been coming here for the last 5 yrs whenever I have been sick, and I've brought my mom and my husband when they were sick. I love how nice the staff are, from check in to diagnosis. It's quick & easy to come, you can even schedule a visit online same day. The facility is clean, bright and not stuffy. Some places I've been are actually dim and the air is stuffy, which does not feel good when you feel sick.

I had a reaction to a new medication causing a bad rash (came on quickly.) I called ahead to see how busy it was, and was informed there was no one in the waiting room and not busy. No mention by phone that I was required to sign in online, which I could have completed before arrival. I arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call and was told to use a QR code to sign in, there was still no one else there. As I finished signing in, one appointment showed up. Within 5 minutes another 4-5 appointments showed up. I was skipped over for everyone else, and eventually walked out. If appointments are required, please state that when someone calls ahead. If someone asked how busy you are, please be honest that you have several people booked ahead of them and walk ins aren't worked in between appointments, they are taken last after all appointments. Appointments are great, just be upfront that appointments are preferred and walk-ins will be taken last. A simple Welcome to Fast-aid, thank you for signing in, there are 6 appointments scheduled ahead of you. If everyone shows up, please expect about a 45-60 minute wait before you may be called back. Honesty and transparency in healthcare go a long way. I would have gone somewhere else had I known and saved time. I won't be returning, or recommending Fast Aid again.

My experience was EXCEPTIONAL and VERY PLEASANT as I was feeling really bad. The front desk staff guided me through the intake process and was patient with a cranky sick patient. The NURSE PRACTITIONER presented a very calming presence and most of all she took time to listen actively and got me back on my feet the next day. I went to this location for my kids. Before going there I checked their website, it says they accept BCBC. When I arrived there no one was waiting. I uploaded my insurance information, after around 25 minutes waiting , they told me they donu2019t accept my insurance. Are you kidding me? Why you didnu2019t tell me when I arrived there? Why the website did not how which plans you donu2019t accept for BCBS? My kid was really sick, and I waste my time for no reason. It was really disappointed. I recommend you, if you donu2019t want to come across same situation, donu2019t come this urgent care.

The staff was expedient and professional. The waiting room was clean. I was seen quickly as I was the only one in the waiting room. The NP seemed genuinely concerned about my situation.
