I have mixed feelings about Faster urgent care. First off, me and my son who had the flu and was in a lot of pain, waited for about half an hour until we could meet with the doctor, so I feel like it isnu2019t super fast. Also, one of the people at the front desk said a terrible word thatgod forbid my son starts using, so even more points deducted. The process of the appointment was good, and the main doctor there was very funny.

I will highly recommend anyone who has an ingrown toenail issue to go to this place and get seen by (Hassan ) PA u2026. I personally have gone here and I also brought my father-in-law for the same issue . ( Hassan ) PA Was very caring/very gentle/very knowledgeable both visits when I went for myself and for my father-in-law . Overall, My father-in-law had a pleasant experience with (Hassan) PA . Every interaction I have had with this place has been unpleasant. When I called to ask what the wait time was they said there was none but who knows who has made an appointment, then I asked to make an appointment and they said itu2019s online only. When I went in the MA lectured me about their equipment being I asked for her to do my blood pressure manually and she refused so when it started to hurt from the machine I removed the cuff. They happened to find that I have COVID because I asked for the viral panel, they were not going to do it. When I was called with the results it was at the end of my provideru2019s shift, so another provider had to speak to me about paxlovid, when I requested the call back they didnu2019t call me back but waited for me to call again. All in all very frustrating. I was feeling ill and shouldnu2019t need to try so hard to get good care.

Faster urgent care has some of the best staff at an urgent care iu2019ve been to. The PAs and doctors are all very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to your needs. The MAs and front desk are also pleasant and give a good experience to patients. If youu2019re in need of an urgent care I would definitely recommend this one!

I have been going to FastER Urgent Care (Morris Plains) for years! The staff, most notably Dr Ehsan are fantastic. They have always treated me with respect, care, and compassion. I always recommend FastER to all my friends and relatives.
