I have worked in the medical industry for most of my life. I am very impressed with FasTrac! The building was spotless, everyone who worked there was efficient, and I was well cared for. I was listened to and respected. To my surprise, two days later, I got a follow up phone call. After a short conversation, at no additional charge, another prescription was sent into the pharmacy for me. I am very impressed and will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

Only giving one star because she looked at my eye, took my money , and prescribed a medication that did not work. When I requested a different medication, she refused to provide service. Now I am forced to spend more money i dont have seeing a different doctor to be treated for the same issue.

Have taken my husband and my daughter here on 2 separate occasions as walk ins. Have not been disappointed with their quick service compared to others in the area. The doctor and nurse are fantastic and take their time to properly determine the issue(s). This is the only place our family goes including my sister and neighbors who live in Green Valley area. The front desk personnel are great, everything is so clean and decorated in a way that makes you smile even when you feel lousy. I highly recommend!

I was amazed at the level of care my partner received today at FasTrac. My partner had a horrid middle ear infection and his primary doctor couldn't see him. Dr. Wegener was caring and spent time explaining how soon he would feel relief from the excrutiating pain. We arrived after 2:00pm on a Friday and her staff was so patient with us, as we had to call our insurance company. I would give a thousand stars for the service from both the doctor and her staff. I'm so happy that we have a place in Green Valley to get excellent care in an emergency situation!

This urgent care facility is clean , very organized , and the Staff very compassionate and knowledgeable. Katarzyna the P.A. Is at the top of her field. She is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and very wise in her assessment of the medical issue at hand. She takes the time to answer questions and explain in laymanu2019s terms.nI seem to make an annual trip to see her every spring when trees are blooming. I would give this facility 10 stars
