I always used to give a five star rating for this urgent care. They were always amazing and took good care of you in the last six months. Iu2019ve been there twice once for myself and once for my Granddaughter she has been sick for over a week obviously she canu2019t kick it and needed antibiotics, but this woman wouldnu2019t give it to her, before she even examined her, she called virus without looking in her ears throat examining her. I asked her if she would at least look in her nasal in case she has sinus infection. She said yes but I canu2019t look that deep duh she doesnu2019t get sick often and has been hospitalized in the past with croup and we donu2019t like giving antibiotics either, but she obviously needed them so I guess weu2019ll be going to Bullhead to a pediatrician there. SOMETIMES antibiotics ARE NECESSARY!!u2019

All I can say is they saved my life. Went to Urgent care in the middle of a heart attack. Not even 2 hours later,and 2 stents later. 48 hours in ICU. Feeling great. 10 stars if I could.

These staff members are what the Emergency Department should be. They were kind, empathetic, quick, thorough, and informed. Dr. DeBoer knew how to address my problem right away and did so. Nurses and front desk were friendly and helpful too. My experience today is what all medical interactions need to look like.
