Being new to the area this place was very friendly and helpful. After being turned away at another place, the receptionist here was helpful in letting me text my insurance digital card to confirm it was accepted and then placed me in que while we were on our way. The kindness extended to the nurse and doctor and I was just very grateful for being new to this state and trying to get my son seen. I would definitely go back for any urgent care items

I called right when they opened to make an appointment. The first available is 12:30 PM. I showed up on time but was told they were 15 minutes behind. No big deal to me. I was taken back to a room within 5 to 7 minutes and seen immediately for description on my symptoms, blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and oxygen level. However, by the time the nurse practitioner came in it was about 45 minutes past my appointment time. I honestly thought that they may have forgotten about me and was gonna give it until 1:30 PM to say anything. That is the only issue I had with my visit. I donu2019t know how 15 minutes turns into 45 minutes and that short period of time I wish there had been more communication. I felt the over all visit with a nurse practitioner went very well. She was very thorough and I walked out of there feeling better than when I walked in.

This was my first visit other than a drive-through Covid test a couple years ago. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The waiting time (which, of course can vary since I was a walk-in) was reasonable. The reception staff were prompt; Shanda, the tech, was very thorough; Joanna (sp?), the nurse practitioner, listened carefullyand answered my questions. I couldnu2019t have been more comfortable or pleased. It is wonderful to have such a good service as an alternative to the doctorsu2019 office or the ER.

Great staff, able to get x rays and treatment all at the same facility. Gets busy but the staff keeps it moving. Hope we wonu2019t need to be back, but will definitely choose this practice if needed. Thanks so much!
