I conducted my initial appointment a couple of weeks ago. I had a follow up scheduled for today but wasnu2019t able to keep the appointment. I came into the office at 7:50 to see if I could be seen in the morning for the five minute conversation that a follow up appointment requires, no availability. Probably shouldnu2019t advertise you accept walk-ins if you donu2019t indeed accept walk-ins. rescheduled my appointment. If there was anything wrong with my labs I wonu2019t know until the follow up because the provider doesnu2019t make phone calls. As a VA community care referral patient Iu2019m definitely disappointed in the level of care and access provided by this urgent care clinic.

When I visited the office, I was thinking I don't know. When, I needed a refill on my medication there has been no refill since somewhere around October. I have no idea about how it broke down, but I've been trying to get a refill since then.nnTypically, if there's an asterisk on your prescription, you message you care provider or call the pharmacy for refills on chronic conditions.nnThis time, I saw the asterisk, messaged the VA, they told me I had to contact this provider. I've left message starting in October and nothing.nnI don't know maybe, they won't refill a prescription unless they see you in the office. Maybe, they want another diagnosis, maybe there's a glitch between the VA system and there office. Maybe, they have write it by hand. I just don't know.

This place is very fishy and unprofessional! I have been seen before while in Fayetteville and away from my regular doctor. Everything seemed ok but the last time I walked in to this urgent care I was told that they were full. There were no cars out front and no o w in the waiting room. Then today I called to see if I could come in for a UTI and I had to wait to find out that no not today . Then I asked if I could come in tomorrow and he was rude and spoke like a gang member and told me no. What the heck is up?

Go literally anywhere else. Tried telling me I donu2019t get to choose what services I get done lol. I told her Iu2019m not doing blood work, I was there for a hurt wrist. Because I said Iu2019m not wasting time with drug tests and blood work, she said u201cI donu2019t think Iu2019m going to take care of youu201d, like alright woman. Youu2019re a business regardless of what you think. You donu2019t get to charge my insurance for whatever you want just because it doesnu2019t cost me anything.

Worst clinic I have ever had to visit, if you are referred to this clinic run in the opposite direction. If VA Community Care sends you, run away from them even faster. The staff is rude, lazy, and careless, except the nice lady that does scheduling. No, I take that back. She was so rude that she stopped answering my calls, I ended up calling from another phone number. After my last appointment the same lady and the heavyset employee had started talking negatively about me, until I stood up they realized that I hadn't left. How long does a disabled veteran have wait for refills, referral for optometry specialist, lab results, or for the doctor to call back? This has been the worst 9 months of so-called routine medical treatment that I have experienced, if VA truly cares for us Veterans, show it by taking this facility off the approved provider list. They are sub-sub-subpar at best. I wish I knew my provider by name but she still has yet to introduce her professional title and name.
