I have an appointment at 1:30 I arrived earlier to be done. First the lady in front desk she ignored me and left the patient arrived after me and get her in. I wait for 1h of course get ignored until i get mad and was ready to leave to get to another appointment. At that time I get visible and they let me in. I was waiting 1h for blood works, after the medical assistant was done from my blood work she wants out to the front desk lady gossiping about me that i am crazy because i get mad waiting for 1h i should wait 2h at that time i am not crazy, right ???? So unprofessional
