The doctor that seen me was really nice. Her name was Elyse. Helpful. Genuine. Seemed like she cared. I donu2019t have insurance so she was really being sweet and letting me know the extra fees upfront. The front desk lady however, rude & sloppy. I think her name was Kaiya? Kaia? Just eating the worst smelling meal at the reception desk and was not polite at all. No thank you & no your welcomes just came to collect $ to my room before I even leave like I donu2019t have money. The doctor told me I could pay when I left which seems standard but she was rude and interjected like u201cyou have to pay nowu201d as I had a urine cup in my hands. Made me feel uncomfortable on top of her smelly meal she kept on her desk as she takes my money made my nausea worse.nWill not be coming back but highly recommend the doctor if youu2019re out of options and have no choice.

Seems sketchy. Place changed management in January. Took an x ray of my hand, never showed me the x ray, and then called me asking if I had a mass in my hand? I wanted to ask arenu2019t you the doctor but I didnu2019t feel like arguing. Before hanging up I asked them to email the x ray and they never did. Anyways this place seems off now, I came a few times before during previous management and felt much safer/cared for. Hope they donu2019t delete this review because that phone call was really weird.

New Management, Even Better Than Before!nI 100% recommend this urgent care in Ferndale. The staff is super relaxed, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Agha, who also runs Hazel Park Urgent Care, took over and sent his best Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistants. Combined with the amazing front desk receptionists, this team truly provides outstanding care. Definitely recommend this place for all your healthcare needs!

Made an appointment this morning for 8:20am showed up around 8:15amu2026 walked up to the window first off the lady didnu2019t even greet me I stood there for a minute and she was just like u201ccan I help youu201d so that was strike 1. Then I check in. So time starts going by and then I realized itu2019s literally 8:55am still sitting in waiting area to be called! Mind you thereu2019s only 3 of us in there there was 2 people that was there already before me but they were walk ins! Then two more people come in! I decided to walk out at 9am. I went down the street to IEP urgent care. THEY TOOK me in within 10 mins the lady at the front desk greeting with a good morning and everything. The doctor Dan was friendly and I was in and out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE. GO 1 more minute down the street trust me youu2019ll thank me!
