What a shame, to be writing a bad experience,A healthy business is not a game.We Made an appointment by phone call, using our insurance company #AMBETTER One du00eda before the day we received a confirmation call from #FIATURGENTCARE changing the appointment day, now we're here and the receptionist and the manager says that our insurance is adding in their availability clinic list their services, however they are not going to receive us.IS OUR RESPONSABILITY TO CHECK THE INSURANCE AVAILABLE.BUT1. We made an appointment, giving our insurance company. OUR INSURANCE NUMBER.2. We received a confirmation email from the clinic3. We received a confirmation call, in which the clinic changed the Day appointment..Now we are here, and the company answer from the representative is *the insurance company included us whiteout permission*HOWEVER the clinic is obtaining a marketing benefits Whit that, WE THINK THAT IS NOT FAIR. 25 MINUTES DRIVING THRU THERE and received this information.Bad experience -1Imagine a real emergency Whith this organizacional cultureAT THE MOMENT TO CONFIRM they must check and they didn't do it,Think about why?

This is NOT an urgent care center, despite advertising so on their sign. They have turned me away at least 3 times for usual urgent care needs, such as a muscle spasm or UTI. I even have good insurance!! Yesterday I was given an appointment for 9:30AM over the phone, but on arrival I was told The doctor has a problem, and can't help you until 1:00 No concern for my obvious pain.

Unfortunately I dealt with theIs place for 2+ years due to lack of insurance. Anytime I needed a letter, I needed to make an appointment so they could charge me. If I need them to tell me a price, theyu2019d say theyu2019d call back and meet did. If I needed an answer about. Question they would say they call back and never would. They processed (tried to) a refund and I never received it, then said Iu2019d have to come in and get Personal check or they would have to charge me processing fees, labor fees for a mistake that they made. I honestly contacted management at one point with hopes that they would correct the issues in time, hence the two year effort. Nope, nothing ever got better.I remember going to appointments and them telling me they had to reschedule me after I arrived. I had to wait for scripts to be sent in, when they said they sent it that day. It would be a week later and Iu2019d have to keep calling over and over again to get my needed medication, that keeps me alive. Also a Large amount of fake reviews are on here. Thatu2019s why they all say Spring TX, so they pop up in searches. I gave this place way too many chances. The Actual Dr is only there 2/3 days a week. Iu2019m so thankful I found a new place, because this company is ran very poorly. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews.

Do NOT go here. This place and the people in it are horrible. Iu2019ve gone for two appointments and for both of them they had me in the room for over an hour and a half waiting for the doctor to even walk in. I literally had to go back to the front desk and ask them how much longer and they said I was next and that the doctor was with a new patient and that new patients take forever, yet on my first visit I was a new patient and I experienced the same tardiness as I did on my second visit. And might I add that after waiting almost 2 hours for the doctor to walk in she only stood in the room for a max of 10 minutes. So that was clearly a lie. I only went back the second time because I thought that maybe it was just a bad day and I should cut them some slack, but after experiencing this a second time that was it. The waiting room was not even packed. I would say that there was a total of 4 people, including me, in the waiting room the whole time I was there. They are extremely unprofessional and have no consideration for your time whatsoever. I will NEVER go here again.
