I have taken my son twice to this urgent care within the past 2 years and once myself. The staff is helpful and the doctors are great . Never a long wait and the doctors get right to the point . I highly recommend.

Please avoid this place for any medical issues. The doctors here will humiliate you! Yes that is correct. First time I was here I told the doctor that there has been a new virus going on that makes everybody sick these days, he said oh yeah? What is the name of this virus?nI was like seriously? You mocking your patients?nSecond time and yesterday I was there waiting for hours when only 3 people were ahead of me . while I was in fever and shaking and the doctor said you sound alright! Do I sound alright??? I told the nurse that my fingers are folding inside and I think my blood pressure is low which she checked with the machine and it was true. I told the doctor that I have a low blood pressure now and my fingers are folding inside. He said: and that is the sign for low blood pressure? I was like dude you think you know my body better than me? I lived in this body long enough to know all my reactions. As a matter of fact your nurse took my blood pressure and it was low, didnu2019t you check that?nI am telling you I am shaking now and I had fever the whole night. He said: just take some advil! Well duh!!! If I was gonna take some advil then why would I waited here for two hours for nothing.nAs matter of fact I had fever the whole day after I visited that so called doctor.nNext time ( well letu2019s hope not) I will go to an emergency room.

Fantastic friendly, professional, caring and efficient staff. Great clinic. Iu2019ve read reviews saying they waited hours to see a doctor. I donu2019t know if I was just lucky and the time I needed to go to Urgent Care happened to not have that many people in there, so I would recommend that if your insurance covers this place, I would totally go and give it a shot. The professionalism, respectfulness and caring atmosphere of everyone in this clinic blew me away. I feel grateful to have access to First Aid Urgent Care clinic and I feel like I can count on it when my health needs it. Thank you team for looking after me so well!

The doctor and staff are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They have awful bed side manners and don't have any empathy for their patients. Never going back.
