Urgent Care visit - Dr. Leopold & Yesenia were great. Super attentive, comfortable environment. Check in process was well-organized.

After being instructed on the phone by NYU Langone Urgent Care at 111 Bway to come in as an emergency with profound urgent symptoms, including bleeding, Linda informed me my Humana Medicare and Medicaid dual coverage was not accepted and you will have to go elsewhere. I told her ALL my NYU MDs were accepted, and she did not even call an MD to talk to me. I received no follow-up from NYU Urgent Care. When the Tele Med Associate Chief of Service Dr Brian Roberts called, I called back: I am in a patient encounter and will have to call you back in an hour or two. Meanwhile, City MD, who accepts my Medicare and Medicaid treated me (see review) and may have saved me from an ER visit.

I was sick and couldnu2019t get an appointment online for the date but they take walk ins. I was greeted by the staff and I was seen by Dr.Miller. She is very knowledgeable and helpful! I was in and out of the office in under an hour. I came from Brooklyn to come to this office. Office is clean and staff is courteous. Would personally recommend it to anyone who needs urgent care. Thank you Dr.Miller.

I was hoping to review NYU Trinity urgent care on the official NYU survey but canu2019t find the email. Anyway, what a great experience. Loved Dr. Leslie Miller who treated me with care, kindness and even humor. Great doctor, awesome facility. A real find.

I called before going and despite their assurances that there IS a handicapped entrance, it is accessible (it had been blocked for months due to construction which I found out the hard way on my last attempted visit), and open again, it is in fact still unavailable. Fine, but I'm in a wheelchair and it cost me $70 to get here in an UBER only to see the 15 or so steps up to the lobby are still the only way to access the building. Heading to the ER in yet another UBER. Not ADA compliant. If you are disabled, please consider another facility to save yourself the frustration and danger during your emergency.
