I did go early to urgent care. Everyone was very friendly and there was not too much of a wait. There was something going on with the computers with my insurance, but they got me in and out and said they would just send me a bill for my visit . Thankful I was seen and got my prescription in a timely manner without having to wait around on the insurance glitch.

Setting an online time was disastrous. There were 12 people ahead of me when I arrived 45 minutes early, and waited a little over 2 hours. The lady behind the counter said walk-in is better and there is no sense signing up for a time online (why have it). Once called to the back, the nurse and PA were fantastic, very friendly and professional.

Once again you provided the care anyone could hope for including taking me out through a door that didn't have a slippery walkway. Once again you took away that pain and let me sleep again. Thank u Thank u Thank u. Wish u were my family doctor.

In and out pretty quickly around 11 am on a Tuesday. Check in was fairly easy.nPA Dave was great and knowledgeable. He actually LISTENED to me! Overall good experience in a clean facility with friendly folks

The physician was great, the wait was not bad given the press, the staff was helpful. If I have a complaint, it would be that the exam room I was in was freezing. As every one of the staff (including the Dr.) apologized for it being that way, I surmised that it was a building supervisor's issue and not something they could correct.
