My son fell on a wrist during tennis at school. He got injured and we went to 1st Class Urgent Care, closest to school. We got immidiate and professional help from Ruby Hernandez and Dr. Taiwo. From the moment we walked in, Ruby was welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was quick and painless, and everyone was pleasant and professional.nMy son was seen promptly, and the entire process, from check-in to diagnosis and treatment, went smoothly and efficiently. The doctor was attentive and took the time to listen us and explain our condition clearly. I felt like they truly cared about my son's well-being. I felt well-cared for and confident in the quality of care I received. I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention.

Made an appointment this morning for 1:40 pm (2+ hours later). They call me at 1:30, as I am pulling into the parking lot, to tell me their provider was very busy this morning and therefore has gone home for the day. So they are canceling the rest of the appts. What?! If I have an appt, shouldn't that be honored? Went somewhere else who took me right away as a walk in. Ridiculous.

The doctor was a pleasure to talk with and took the time to talk and listen to me and answered all my questions and gave me very specific instructions to follow and said if I was not better to schedule another appointment and we would go from there. Peace of mind now hoping I feel better with this first treatment.

Made an appointment on a Saturday night for that coming Monday at 5:00 p.m. - received about three different confirmation emails only to get a call day of letting me know the doctor is only on site every other week and they close at 3:00 p.m. - waste of time, was only going here because my insurance covered it.

Unfortunately, this was the worst urgent care centers I have ever been to. I made an appointment online for 12:40 in the afternoon. I got a confirmation email for the appointment. We arrived at 12:20 for the appointment and the doors were locked with a note that hung in the window saying be back at 1:30pm, gone to lunch. I called the clinic and no one answered. There is no place that it is written that the clinic closes for an hour and a half daily for lunch. Not on the website, not in the voicemail when you call, not even on the 2 places the hours are listed on the building.nSo we waited until 1:30 for the doors to open back up. I thought okay well we will at least be first in line.n1:30 comes and the only person who works here opened up the doors. She questioned when I made my appointment and then apologized that she had already left for lunch. So she starts to check us in. She then informs me sorry the doctor is not in today so you will have to do a video call, that they no longer take our insurance, and that I would have to pay out of pocket. All of this begins to annoy me since it is a medical facility. It seems very odd that a practicing doctor or CNP is not on site.nShe checks two other patients in. The second patient had an appointment for like 1:30 or so. I was called back to the desk to pay out of pocket for the medical care. I was then told that I would be going after the lady who had the appointment at 1:30. When questioned about this, I was told that it was not her fault that I scheduled an appointment during her lunch. That she tells everyone who calls to make an appointment about her hour and a half daily lunch break. I ask about all the patients who just use the website? Her response was that she had let someone know that the times needed to be updated.nI informed her how incredibly unprofessional the clinic is and that we would be leaving.nI am not sure how you have one person running the front desk, doing paperwork, performing exams, performing tests, and also getting patients hooked up to do a virtual exam with a doctor. It all seemed very strange and extremely unprofessional!!!nIf I could give 0 stars I would.
