Great experience at FirstCare. Dr. Sebastiano was easy to talk to, took very good care of me and went out of his way to assist me with an issue I was having. I made an appointment through Zocdoc the night before, but you can just walk in. Everything was simple and easy. Very nice people who work there. Definitely felt well taken care of.

The worst medical facility I've ever encountered!nI paid $10 copay for my visit I get surprised 6 months later that i'm receiving charges of $40 because whoever is billing my insurance they put it as an urgent care not primary care. Horrible interaction with the billing company because they are located somewhere in Utah which is impossible to hold them on the phone.nWORST OF THE WORST STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

The receptionist that picked up today was rude, very short and spoke as if my calling the office was an inconvenience to her. I made an appointment through zocdoc and was calling to confirm and she basically was like no we donu2019t know about those appointments. Why are you on the platform for service if you donu2019t u201cknow about those appointmentsu201d? Then the lady says they only take cash or check and no card payment (including my healthcare spending card would be accepted. I saw other reviews about the card machine not working (over a year ago) so I called to confirm and just from the phone cal I can see that this place is unprofessional and ghetto. She hung up the phone on me mid sentence. I called back and asked how do I cancel the appointment. She said and I quote u201cyouu2019re better of just cancelling it yourself, yeah you can cancel it yourselfu201d. I absolutely cancelled my appointment because I have high standards for the people I trust with my healthcare. Do yourself a favor and find another practice for your healthcare needs. Iu2019m glad I called first. FirstCare made a BAD First Impression. Itu2019s a no for me.

If I could give this place a rating even lower than zero I would.nnThis place has changed and not for the better and itu2019s a shame. Dr. Peck unfortunately retired a few years ago and if he knew how his former practice is now being run he would not be happy. All of the wonderful staff has been replaced with the exception of Duran the X-Ray tech (who is still wonderful). Not only is that frustrating but the new office staff is nasty, rude, and disrespectful. They talk rudely about patients while they are sitting in the waiting room and think that the patient canu2019t hear them. They pick and choose who they want to take into the exam rooms regardless of who was signed in first.nnI used to love this office when it was run by Dr. Peck. You always saw Dr. Peck, never any physicians assistants. However, since the new doctor has taken over this practice, you only see physicians assistants. Youu2019re rarely seen by the doctor. Iu2019ve been misdiagnosed by the PAs several times and the newest one was more concerned about putting on her make up than she was about the patients that were waiting in the exam rooms and the waiting room.
