Literally googled urgent cares and this place had great reviews and they were absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady, the nurse Michelle, and the provider Jason were prompt, professional, kind, and very helpful. I will definitely be returning here for any future urgent care needs.

I had been sick almost a week with sinus problems. I was miserable with headache and sore throat. I received prompt attention and very good care in my visit and was out in about 20 minutes. After being on the prescriptions Dr. Nguyen ordered, I am almost 100% after a couple of days now. I highly recommend First Response Urgent Care in Lumberton. The doctor and staff are friendly and efficient and the location is convenient.

Treated myself, my wife, and kids and theyu2019re great! Theyu2019re perfect in a pinch when we canu2019t get your primary care physician, but itu2019s not meant for the emergency room at a hospital. Staff is VERY friendly and courteous, and their doctor is one of the nicest Iu2019ve met. They actually spend time with you and explain things, and not herd people through like cattle. Also, theyu2019re 6 minutes from my house, which is great!

The front desk clerk was not friendly at all!! needs a lesson in customer service. The intake nurse was herding you through like cattle with no cares about the patient!! This place has definitely gone down hill!!!

If you want a quick trip to waste money, go here. If you want to actually be helped, go somewhere else.nI went here twice around Thanksgiving for an ear/sinus infection, but I ended up having to just go to the ER because I wasnu2019t going to go a 3rd time just to stay sick (By that point, I needed fluids).nI broke out in a rash about 3 weeks ago, so I decided to give this place another chance last week thinking it was an allergic reaction. The NP took about a total of 2 minutes to look at me and u201cdiagnoseu201d me. He prescribed meds and sent me home. The meds havenu2019t helped whatsoever, so I called today to see about getting looked at again. The front desk girl said that I would have to pay another copay because I had u201calready been treatedu201d. So thatu2019s $105 total (not including meds) down the drain from this place.
