What a fantastic experience today at AlphaMed. This is by far the nicest, newest, cleanest and least hectic urgent care I have ever been to. It is conveniently located right off the 101 inDC Ranch. The staff is attentive, helpful, competent and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. What a far cry from the other urgent care facilities I have been to. This is the new go to place for my family and me, and I will recommend it to all our friends and neighbors.

Excellent customer service. The doctor assistants and front office staff were all so nice and friendly. Took all necessary tests and did not force antibiotics on me which was so refreshing.
