i had a wonderful experience coming into this clinic!! when i arrived, the receptionists were all very kind, and were able to schedule me to come back in within 2 hours, when i came back for the appointment i was called back almost immediately as i sat down to wait, and the nurse who took me to my room was extremely kind and comforting! I was seen by Dr. John Jurgensen who was extremely nice and personable and helped me feel heard with my concerns regarding my visit, and helped me with referrals and promptly ordering proper labs or tests needed to be done. every interaction with other workers i had while waiting or leaving was nothing but happy and comforting and it was relieving to be surrounded by people who enjoy their jobs and care about helping people, i would recommend coming here to anyone in the future (:

Iu2019ve been going here for a little over a year, reception is always very kind and professional. My nurse Dallas and my Doctor Dr. Albrich are absolutely AMAZING! Always on top of things, replyu2019s to my chart messages quickly, they take the time and actually listen to my concerns and NEVER u201cwrite me offu201d I always feel very heard and I never feel judged, address every concern I mention and they push forward for their patients! Absolutely amazing place and workers!

3/24/2025 I just had an incredibly frustrating experience at this lab. I checked in at 4:44 for my labs and waited patiently. However, by 5:10, I was informed that my doctor hadn't put in the order yet and was told to go to the front desk. I did so, and then returned to the lab at 5:14, only to be told they couldnu2019t do my lab because they were closing at 5:15.nnIt was incredibly disappointing that no one checked my information or communicated the issue earlier. Why wasnu2019t this addressed when I first checked in? I wasted over 30 minutes and ended up with no service because of poor communication. I understand closing times, but there should have been more attention to detail and courtesy in helping patients

This is a very good clinic. The staff is friendly, the premises are very clean. I waited only 10 minutes, I was quickly admitted to the doctor, and after 20 minutes in the queue I had blood tests and an X-ray done. Compared to others, this place is great.

Enjoy driving tonthis location.nOf course, I'm following my new favorite Dr. Sidhu. She is gracious, knowledgeable, and open to alternative medical practices. She takes the time to make sure patients understand options. Really quite gifted and thorough. I have complete faith in her judgment and ability ud83dude4f.
