The NP and staff are incredible here. Had an infected cut from wake surfing and the NP stitched my foot with 10 sutures in a timely matter while making me feel at ease. I appreciated the professionalism and level of care they were able to give. The MA also made me feel heard and well taken care of when taking my vitals. Thank you for a wonderful experience. They even followed up with me after and I came back to get my stitches taken out. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I just want to express how wonderful my experience was at your urgent care. The customer service was great and quickly contacted my insurance so I would know exactly how much I would owe for my visit. Shortly after arriving, I was seen by a lovely NP who took her time to explain my diagnosis. I was so glad I picked this office and will definitely be coming back as well as referring others.

I have been a patient of Fishers Urgent Care for the better part of the last 10 years as I suffer from a severe chronic illness and am frequently in need of expedient access to a healthcare provider. The care provided by NP Theresa Menner and her medical staff has always been nothing short of exceptional! The medical staff has always acted with expedience and professionalism and the providers have always gone the extra mile to ensure that they provide the absolute pinnacle of medical care. I went in yesterday at 10am opening time due to severe back pain and a pinched nerve. This is the only clinic I could find that could give me an injection to numb the pain. I was in and out in an hour.Theresa and the receptionist with the pink hair at the front desk treated me respectfully fast check in process with a few forms to fill out. Highly recommend

My son and I both came in for an appointment. I was a bit skeptical, but it was the closest place covered by my new insurance. I was so pleasantly surprised! We both had great experiences. We saw Theresa Menner, FNP. She took time to hear about my symptoms, check out what was going on and give us antibiotics to help. She was efficient without making me feel rushed. I will be back if we find ourselves in need of urgent care again.
