I traveled 2 1/2 hours for a physical and blood draw for transplant donation I am making, front desk first told me that they don't the physicals anymore, so I called my transplant coordinator and after she spoke to front desk they said they could do it but it was very long process etc . Then they did my blood draw and the power went out, so I was sent home and told to come back.. I drove home another 2 1/2 hours.. then 2 days later get a call from my transplant coordinator and she told me Concentrate didn't feed Ed my blood draw and that I would have to do one again... Obviously I didn't go back to Concentrate.. Terrible customer service, rude front desk personnel and what happened to my blood? Would never go there again and will discourage everyone I know from going there .. and I used to live in Flagstaff and still have friends there.

I've been to Concentra for work requirements including drug testing and physical health assessments. I've been there twice. My second experience was great. I was in and out within a few minutes and I was also able to not only perform the drug test but also to obtain a prescription for a sinus infection at the same time. The doctors are very knowledgeable ER physicians and very professional. As a long time nurse their knowledge was accurate and spot on correct. Super happy with the whole experience in and out within 45 minutes! I would highly recommend this location to other locals in the area.

Everyone was friendly.nThe MA was excellent with my blood draw.nMy appointment was at 10.nI was there fifteen minutes early and wasnu2019t called back until about 1030. Not one person introduced themselves to me but they were all nice like I stated earlier.nThe blood draw was very quick. I sat in the exam room for probably 20-30 minutes before the physician came in.nExam was quick and easy.

I was sent here for workers comp for a knee injury - they told me, until I receive an MRI from a radiology clinic, I had to be seen every 2 weeks. They were incredibly responsive and would ensure my appointments were scheduled, saying itu2019d take several weeks to receive an MRI. I got an MRI, the radiologist sent it back to Concentra, and it has been 4 weeks of calling daily for my results, leaving messages for the provider, with no call back or appointment scheduled. Iu2019m about to escalate with a complaint to the Medical Board and legal action because this is greatly affecting my life and ability to work.nIf theyu2019re not scamming you into appointments and money, they will not respond or provide follow up information. Stay away.

We have to be ready to take a DOT drug test when we get there if we wait too long to Give a sample we are failednI waited for over an hour. How did it go to the bathroom twice waiting people just standing around talking not doing anythingnWhen thereu2019s people that needs to get going, it needs to get done what they need to donVery poor customer servicenAnd very little regard for anything else other than themselves
