I have been to many Concentras across Michigan and have never had a pleasant experience at any one of them until today at the Brighton location. The wait was as expected but not terribly long as this was also an unscheduled work injury visit so I canu2019t complain out it. Once I was seen however I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect and the staff I dealt with (Rad Texh Ashley and Dr. Taliercio) were top notch. In my prior experiences at other locations it was apparent the staff hated working there and seem to take it out on their patients. Today though they were personable, down to earth, understanding, empathetic, professional and worked in a quick manner to asses my injury, get a care plan together once they saw there wasnu2019t any major damage and sent me on my way having a more positive outlook on concentra. It was as close to an urgent care experience in my home town as I could hope for.

Ive used this location multiple times for my DOT Recert. They have their craft down and do a darn good job. The exam rooms are always fresh and clean. On my last visit, I also had to do a hair follicle drug screen. They had to cut from 2 different areas on the crown of my head.nThey are usually backed up with DOT Physicals...so get there early. But if you have to wait....they are pretty efficient and try to get you in and out as fast as they can. Thanks for the hard work and service you all provide! ud83dudc4dud83cudffeud83dudc4dud83cudffe

Doctor is absolutely dope and understanding! Had an issue with my DOT certification to drive back to NJ and he issued me a temporary card. Very grateful. I should qualify for a permanent card within 2-3 months. Staff was also very professional and speedy! Thank you all!

They were very polite very efficient. They got me right in and out for my DOT drug screen. There was a man at the front Counter that was very, very polite and also the woman that was working with him was very polite. Also, when I got to the back, the nurse that took care of me was wonderful.

The MA was very nice however almost no one in the waiting room when I arrived and was not called back for almost an hour. They also did not allow me to make an appointment when I called the previous week. Also the doctor was not very nice, had a sarcastic tone. Hopefully wonu2019t have to come here again.
