The ladies are nice but the guy with medium black hair is AWEFUL. I asked for an ice pack because I broke my hand and he said I don't think we have any , like what? You're an urgent care. Then the nurse comes in sweet as can be offering me ice or ice pack and water. He also took my vitals and couldn't figure out the blood pressure cuff. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place if he is working there.

I absolutely LOVE the staff at Florence urgent care. If you have a severe medical issue you should go to a hospital. However, Florence urgent care as amazing staff. Miranda & Rebecca are amazing. Thanks for always caring for children, parents, and adults. You rock.

These ladies helped me so much and was very nice. Made me feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable situation. They got me in and out with proper medical advice and medication. I can thank these ladies enough!

0 stars. They messed up, gave me a false positive covid test. It's not covid I just did 2 at home kits. Spend about 40 min calling up there to get the results of my Flu and strep test. They just pick up the phone and hang it up. Been coming here for years and never once had a good experience. The place is filthy, the staff are just there to do a job and get paid. They do not like any of the people who come through their office and will sooner prescribe you something that you do not need for an illness you do not have as long as it gets you out their door quicker. Not to mention the 1 hour wait in an empty office at 7pm. They 100% use waiting times to discourage people from being seen.

Amazing urgent care! Very kind and attentive staff who listened to all my concerns carefully. I received quick blood test results by the next day. They really go above and beyond when caring for you!
