We arrived late in the day and were turned away even my son had 103.5 Degrees Fever. They said they will close soon and we should come again tomorrow. After this huge disappointment and a hard night, we decided to still come back. And it wasnu2019t a mistake. We were met with the doctor thanking us for coming back on the next day and evaluating my son. He found out that he had a walking pneumonia which was diagnosed wrongly and thus treated with the wrong medication. He was making clear that my sonu2019s u201cuntreatedu201d pneumonia since 8 Days poses a significant threat and if it didnu2019t get better we would have to visit the hospital. He made another second chest X-Ray and then described two antibiotics which really helped my son.nStaff: 8.5/10nQuality: 10/10nCleanliness: 10/10nOpening hours: 7.5/10

So grateful to the amazing staff at this Urgent Care!!! My boyfriend and I were visiting the Keys & he had an accident on a jet ski. He ended up with several cuts, scrapes & bruises on his face. He actually ended up needing stitches. Dr. Gannon & Nurse Jess saw him right away & got him all fixed up. The entire staff was SO professional! Calm, comforting & practical. They made him & myself feel at ease and took excellent care of him. They gave us follow up instructions & were very timely in getting him fixed up & on our way. The facility is super nice too - looks brand new! It is clean & feels modern & fresh. We are so blessed to have such amazing individuals to take care of us!! Thank you Florida Keys Urgent Care Team!!
