I was referred here from my doctor and I get a call from this place stating the appointment is set up and my insurance is accepted. Then when I go to my appointment they tell me one paper says my insurance is accepted and another one says itu2019s not, so instead of calling to tell me this, they wait for me to drive to my appointment for no reason. Then they tell me they have only two people that have access to authorize if my insurance is accepted and neither of them authorized it and they have no clue who did. So I guess a random person excepted my insurance on their behalf when they told me only two have access to do so. They do not want ti own up to what they did and just said they are sorry that I wasted my time driving there and taking a day off of work. Please do not waste your time with this place, they have no clue what is going on and who does what. Total waste of time.

Dr. George Haidukewych was highly recommended, so I came for an appointment to check on my left knee, and he was awesome! But what was not good was the office lady Shandra, who did not accept that I had already paid the co-pay in their app and charged me again. Orlando Health billing department confirmed that I had been charged twice for the co-pay. Shandra wouldn't accept that she had made a mistake and has even left me a voice message stating that I was wrong.

I have been waiting one week to receive a call back from Dr Green . I received gel shots in attempt to hold off from having a knee replacement. Unfortunately, the gel shots had made my knee worse.. Now I can barely walk and my numerous calls to this office to see how I can manage my Excruciating pain have gone unanswered . His assistant that gave me The shots because Dr. Green was too busy was not very caring at all. They are quick to take your money , but leave you in pain, and frustrated. I highly recommend to seek other orthopedic care because this place definitely is not the one

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is in regards to Dr. Michael Ebaugh team. I have never been so vexed, stressed, and just overall bothered by the lack of communication, customer service, empathy, and time management his team has shown. I can't tell you how many different people I spoke to smh. Jennifer Moore and Omadia who are suppose to be upper management failed at their jobs as well not being individuals of their word and instead of speaking to me have everyone else call on their behalf...I was told everything would be taken care of in a timely manner by Omadia.( yeah that didn'thappen). Now, i completely understand i am NOT their only patient which is why i didn't start really reaching out until May which is a month before the surgery. Not only did I have to consistently reach out to make sure Dr. Ebaugh staff did their job( submitting documents, providing information about coast, and so on) but I had to call multiple times and when I was told I would get a call back NOTHING. If I hadn't called they would have waited until the day before my surgery to tell me I had to pay 50% of $1,270.( Now, we ALL are struggling because times are hard... why tf would they think demanding dang near $700 less than a week before the surgery not including weekends). When I asked about a payment plan the scheduler told me I have to pay 50% or basically no surgery. Times arw HARD as is. This surgery was scheduled in March! If I hadn't called and pushed I would have never known. I informed them I can't come up with 700$ in a week( this conversation was on a Tuesday just a week before the surgery was suppose to happen). The lady told me we'll cancel or reschedule until you have the funds. LIKE WHAT?!I'VE been waiting 11 years to get this resolved and the doctor I found I assumed would be a good Dr and this would be a smooth process NOPE!! I offered to pay as much as $200 down but repeatedly was told my manger won't go for that...To top it off, I find out today( Thursday) that a prior authorization was not submitted ( which usually takes about 30days unless marked as urgent). Lynn than calls me to tell me my insurance company gave them the wrong information... so now we are pointing blame... my insurance company looked and tried to call the company and everyone she could for about 30mins( I was on hold) yet, no one answer or was available and this was during office hours. So basically since this authorization was not submitted there was no way it would be approved Tuesday June 4th which was suppose to be my surgery date. I had already submitted my LOA and STD to my job...If this team had been on their job and followed through and had better communication I feel this experience would not have been as bad as it was. I was told that if my condition doesn't get treated it will get worse... I have been having horrible anxiety, stressed, worried amoung other things due to the lack of considerable, empathy, customer service, and follow through. Something told me to stay on them and if I hadn't I would have had to pay 48,000$ for the surgery as well as my Leave of absence for my job would not have been submitted in a timely manner. Crazy part is this is a sum up of the foolishness I've had to deal with regarding Dr. Michael Ebaugh team. Sucks I've only met the man twice but his team has made him look BAD to say the less. I will NEVER recommend anyone to him and if I know someone using this facility I will tell them to STOP and go somewhere else.No one should be stressed a week before surgery. No one should be crying or having panic attacks because they realized they will have to live with this pain longer due to crappy staff doctors.Since he is located at various locations I WILL let this be known as well as submit a complaint against his team. No one and I mean NO ONE should have to experience what I have had to go through in just a month. It was so bad I was yelling and cursing at people who didn't deserve it because I was so angry and frustrated ( I did apologize to them)

I had routine day surgery for a right hip replacement Nov. 2021. The surgeon did not do due diligence as he promised to learn that I was not a good candidate for an anterior approach. They then parked the retractor on my femoral nerve bundle paralyzing my leg. This was unnecessary, preventable mistake which cost me dearly. Several lawyers and physicians agreed, but could not find a surgeon willing to testify in court for fear of damage to their career. My only recourse is to let you know to steer clear of this organization. That day of surgery, there was a shortage of nurses and I was left with an unqualified young man, not a nurse. He would not listen to me regarding my inability to feel or operate my leg in order to get up on my feet 3 hours after surgery as is needed. He did get a helper, but they dropped me on floor when I passed out upon standing (with two nurses, one on each side). When I woke in the morning, I was magically in bed, but my knee was a football. No one would tell me what happened. They lied on my records stating that I had an uneventful night. My PT records for the next three days stated that I did all sorts of quad exercises which I could not have done as my leg was paralyzed for the next 8 months. I reported this to the hospital executives but they would not reply to me.I was to leave same day. They kept me for 3 days without telling me what was wrong. The surgeon did not come to see me or admit what they did until day three. Then told me to my face, 'Now don't bum out, but we placed the retractor on the femoral nerve bundle crushing it. It may or may not recover and we cannot estimate if or when. Then he left and I was discharged.Thank God that nerves can regenerate, and two years later, I have 70% recovery. I will have no more gains unless it's supernatural.BOTTOM LINE:Orlando Health worked to cover up their mistakes and liability and be unaccountable to me, the patient.
