Even though I have a great primary care provider, I wasnu2019t able to get in quickly enough to deal with a bad sinus infection and an eye issue so I went to NextCare urgent care. As before, my experience was excellent from start to finish. I was able to schedule an appointment online, which was super convenient. The office staff had all of my information up-to-date when I arrived due to my online appointment updates. All of the office staff was very helpful and friendly! Dr. Ryan Treat immediately diagnosed my issues and provided me with the prescriptions that I needed. His friendly disposition and professionalism were wonderful changes versus other urgent care centers that Iu2019ve visited in the past. I would highly recommend the NextCare urgent care on Shea and Scottsdale. Thank you!

Me, my two year old son and husband all had Covid. We didnu2019t know yet but the staff here treated us with such care. The front desk gave me a blanket when I forgot my coverup to breastfeed. The nurse played with my son and they gave him lollipops and even an ice cold popsicle to keep him distracted. I have never left an urgent care feeling as sick as I did but feeling so taken care of.nnI would recommend this urgent care location to anyone. They really dialed in the care, quality of service, and getting us through quickly.nnThank you for everyone who helped my family today!

I really appreciate this crew, they took me in after a stupid accident, wherein I cracked my head open and fell into a lake. Took 7 staples and cleanup of several cuts/bangs. Thank you guys very much, appreciate the care, and fast service. Im doing okay today (day after service) slept great, but man am I stiff and sore! Anyway, this a great Urgent Care facility, and Im grateful. Oh, and thanks for the updated Tetanus shot and the Donald Duck bandaid! Too cool. :)

Very unsatisfying. Doctors and nurses are great professionals but i have very strange situation with my bills.When i arrived to see doctor, the administration worker said that i need to pay 300$. I asked her two or three times: is it full price for appointment or do i need to pay more?she said no (i asked her before and after appointment).And two weeks later (now) im receiving a letter that i need to pay 35$ more.I have one question: why?if worker said price in 300$ , not 335$. I already made a payment(paid this 35$)but im upset and not returning back to this clinic.

Iu2019m giving 2 stars due to significant disappointment. My mother had a fall at home and was in a lot of painu2014we were concerned she may have broken some ribs. I specifically chose this facility because X-rays were listed as one of their available services.nnHowever, once we arrived, we were told that while they do have an X-ray machine, they donu2019t have a technician on-site. A nurse even admitted that most of their locations list X-rays as a service, but often donu2019t have the staff to operate the equipment.nnNow weu2019re stuck waiting for a referral to an outside imaging centeru2014something I couldu2019ve just called our primary care doctor for in the first place. It felt like a waste of time and added unnecessary stress to an already upsetting situation.
