So I have been incredibly sick since Tuesday. I went to a U of R urgent care yesterday in Webster on Empire Blvd and today I am at Well Now urgent care on Empire Blvd and I can't even begin to explain how incredibly different the 2 experiences were. U of R staff (except the receptionist who was amazing) were without personality and a very nonchalant interaction. Both the NP and Nurse showed no genuine concern for what i was saying. I felt dismissed. They didn't test me for anything at all. She sent me home with a script for an inhaler, diagnosed me with an URI and gave me a note to return to work today. I know my body. I knew it was more than just a cold. But i didnt feel comfortable advocating for myself due to the personalities I encountered.......So I woke up today not feeling any better at all. So I unfortunately had to call in again today. With that being said, my supervisor requested an updated Dr's Note for today's absence. I get to Well Now and they were AMAZING. They tested me for everything and low and behold, I tested positive for both Flu A AND Flu B. So thankful for them. Healthcare is not at all what it used to be. But I am thankful for the ladies at the Webster Well Care. 5 stars.

Iu2019ve had to visit this urgent care 3 times within the last 6 months; for a respiratory issue, chest X-ray and a broken ankle. Each time I arrived, I was seen within 10 minutes. The care I received was excellent and appropriate and aided in my recovery. The staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. While I hope you donu2019t have an occasion to have to visit an urgent care facility, if you do, I would recommend this location.

Do not go here. I went here as guided by my primary care when I had a bad flu in January with a fever around 104. Arrived and was seen by a doctor for approximately 10 minutes. Was given a COVID nose swab and told to rest and continue ibuprofen. All was fine and I recovered. 3 weeks later they billed my insurance for a total of $898 with me owing $480 for a 10 minute visit. I have tried working with billing and they told me contact insurance. URMC will over bill to see who pays. $170 for a COVID test and over $400 to test for the flu is highway robbery. I had an upcoming surgery through them I have put off because I can't trust their billing department.

I was promptly taken care of for my asthma. Everyone has been nice and genuinely concerned for me. The receptionist down to the X-ray tech has been friendly.

I walked in with 3 small children for an x ray that was ordered from our physicians office. The place was empty yet the receptionist was the only one that could run the machine, so we waited as 5 other people came in. After initially telling us 10 minutes we found we were now in line behind 3 other people getting X-rays. 45 minutes later, we left, still waiting. First come not first served. Receptionist were all rude.
