I really wish I could give this place a 5 star review. I really, really wish I could! Unfortunately, I'm not sure everybody here knows how to do their job.How many people have to complain about the front desk till something changes? There is one woman up there who knows what she's doing. One. I don't know what the point is of hiring all this other staff if she is inevitably doing their job for them.I walked in and watched a man standing at the front desk waiting to be signed in for OVER FIVE MINUTES. I assumed he was waiting for the attendant to come back, not waiting for her to show up so he could sign in.Changing from 2u2606 to 1u2606. I shouldnt have to verify my PCP is doing their job. I certainly shouldnt find out they haven't done it! I'm currently dealing with chronic pain that is interfering with my daily life and has been for months. I really don't enjoy hearing I've wasted time by trusting my doctor to do what they've said only to find out they haven't, making me wait even longer to get help.

I saw Daisy and she was absolutely wonderful! Very sweet, professional, and efficient. I had a slight issue with Denise at checkout with having her send out a form for me, but Daisy promptly rectified the situation. I would highly recommend seeing her!

Dr. Jed and the nurse practitioners here are great, and they have really sweet nurses. My kids love going here. However, the front desk is meh, and don't expect to get a call back. Out of 6 or 7 messages I've left on the nurse line over several months about different issues, including a medication reaction, I've received one call back. It's a chronic problem. You have to be the (loud!!) squeaky wheel to get anywhere and usually have to make an appointment to even talk to anyone. I'm sure they're overworked, but it's beyond frustrating.

It's pretty pathetic that you will not see a new patient unless they are going to be a patient you see often. Some people just need medical help and don't see a dr every time they sneeze. You made an appt for a friend to come in, they filled out all the paperwork and then the snotty receptionist had the nerve to say that. Place needs a revamp of front desk, mainly the 1st one you see

I always leave fair reviews and typically good ones. However that isn't the case here. I chose Dr. Jed because he aligned with my beliefs but I'm regretting my decision. I've been seeing him for almost 3 years now. I was recently diagnosed with a tumor in my brain and the care I've received from him has been awful. Literally zero sympathy or help from him at all. The tumor is so big that the blood vessels within it is busting, I am having surgery in 2 days and asked him for something to help ease the pain for the 2 days until surgery. His response was that he didn't understand why I needed anything if I was having surgery in 2 days. DUH! It hurts! All of my symptoms before my diagnosis was practically ignored- including my loss of vision. When I mentioned to him that my eye doctor said it was a neurological problem he said he didn't think it was but he would order the MRI anyway. The MRI showed a massive pituitary tumor that needed removed asap. All of the signs have been there for the past couple of years including significant weight gain, heavy memory loss, headaches, no menstrual for the last couple of years, and much more. I'm appalled at the lack of care I've received by this doctor following my diagnosis. And I've NEVER asked for a pain pill in my life until now- so it's not a situation where he shouldn't feel comfortable prescribing me something. At this point I'm not even sure why I have a pcp if I have to go to the ER for all of my needs.
