The receptionists were good they called me back pretty fast, but the u201cnurse practitioneru201d was highly unprofessional. The whole time she was in the room with me she was looking up on google on how she could treat me while pregnant. The medicine she tried to prescribe me I told her numerous times that itu2019s never worked with me and she proceeded to tell me that she had to get permission from my ob before she could clear the medicine. While waiting for my ob to call back she mentioned that she saw in my chart where they prescribed the medicine to me a couple months ago so I said great so is it possible that you could go based off of what youu2019ve seen my ob has already prescribed me ? And just because I asked her that question she blew up on me started yelling stormed out of the room then proceeded to gossip with the receptionists about me like I couldnu2019t hear her. Trying to make it seem like I caught an attitude with her and saying that she canu2019t and wonu2019t u201cdeal with meu201d and saying I can go somewhere else etc. Just highly unprofessional. It really seemed like she wasnu2019t really a nurse practitioner or she wasnu2019t good at nor liked her job

ABSOLUTELY the worst urgent care I have ever been to! After not having our prescription 45 mins after leaving I called and asked if I could pick up a paper script. JEANETTE at the front desk told me u201cno we donu2019t do that anymoreu201d and then asked if I wanted her to call Walgreens to check. I told her that would be amazing as we are a military family trying to leave town today to head home and need the eyedrops asap. She was instantly annoyed after I took her up on HER OFFER TO CALL and said u201cughh well it will just be faster for me to send it in 3-4 times rather then sit on the line waiting for 30 mins! I said sou2026 what are we going to do then? No response and I just told her Iu2019ll call them again myself.nnI called Jeanette around 4pm and she proceeds to tell me to come up to get a paper script after yelling at me that she sent it to Walgreens u201c4 times.u201d I said wait a second, I already asked you for a paper script and you said no because you donu2019t do that anymore. She said no I didnu2019t I said the printer was out of ink..ud83dude44 I said great Iu2019ll be there in 20 mins. I went up there for it and the doctor comes out and yells at me to u201cNEVER YELL AT HIS STAFF AGAINu201d. Jeanette lied to make herself look better for an incident she caused by not doing her job. (I also have the phone call recorded ud83dude09)nnThe lack of professionalism and cleanliness in that entire office was shocking. Even in the rooms the walls, floors, seats, everything was filthy.nnI asked for the office managers name and info and the dr told me he didnu2019t have it. I said donu2019t worry, Iu2019ll wait.nnSo whoever runs this disgusting facility will be hearing from multiple patients from 12/26 who had the SAME EXACT issue with Jeanette and her incompetence.

DONT COME HERE if youu2019re genuinely needing quick help. I was very sick and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Urgent care is not very urgent at all!!!

I went in today a little before noon to get some stitches removed. Although the girl was nice, she had zero business trying to remove my sutures. First off the scissors she used were not the right kind (probably got them off amazon for cheap). She cut my leg twice and pulled one set of sutures through the skin... (because the scissors had a blunt end...) she also dropped the tweezers in the floor and tried to use them again on my leg... I was charged $50 before I was seen by the inexperienced girl.nI went to another urgent care and after removing a couple stitches, the doctor told me he wasn't comfortable removing anymore because it was opening up. If this girl would have removed them all I would have busted open this weekend. I had 20 stitches from a deep cut on my leg to put it in perspective. This was the most unprofessional place, not to mention the dirtiest doctor office I have ever been to.nDO BETTER...nThe only reason I will ever step foot into this place again is to get a refund if they offer it to me for the terrible experience I had st their establishment.

WORST urgent care experience. Me and my son went in badly sick they confirmed we had the flu but did not prescribe anything for my son they told me to go buy over the counter medicine. They were 0 help and very uncaring very unprofessional I left crying because we were badly sick and they did not care at all and was of NOOOO help AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!
