I arrived today for a doctor's appointment that had already been re-scheduled from Oct. 2. A receptionist told me I did not have an appointment today, that it had been re-scheduled for early December. That was news to me. She said something about unable to contact me and then quoted my phone number which was correct and which the doctor's staff has used to communicate with me for several years. I had not been contacted. I left. The receptionist did not apologize.

Care is good; Ida Houston is great. Referral staff - hard pass. Good luck getting a timely referral processed - or a return call from anyone in any supervisory capacity. Still waiting for that call to happen, but I suspect it will not occur. I can't even get the name of a supervisor, unless their name is Isn't available right now. But that would be a weird name.6 month update: Still never heard from a supervisor outside of the feeble attempt at resolution in the comments of this review. I have since changed providers, and they provide customer service leaps and bounds beyond this group.

When did hold times exceed 30 minutes? Iu2019ve attempted to call 3 times and on the last call the music stopped playing and eventually I was disconnected. I was third in line. Actively calling back a fourth time and now Iu2019m not even getting a number in line. Itu2019s been 40 minutes.Update:Corporate,The next time there is a holiday, PLEASE set up a recording so patients know that the office is closed. This way people arenu2019t constantly calling in and office staff isnu2019t playing catch up the next day due to your negligence and lack of common sense. My family member has been coming to The same primary Doctor for many year and weu2019ve never had this issue before. Thank you to the office staff for reaching out to me in a timely manner once you all were back in the office.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by everyone. Dr Balkman was unique. I've had an ongoing issue for 1 year and with just one visit shes already started the process to try and help me. They are all very upbeat and kind.
