Staff was fine. I was not seen by doctor, so this is review for NP only. NP that saw me was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I came in after 2- 3 days of fever, body aches, and vomiting. In addition, my kids had pink eye and I thought I had gotten it from them because my eyes were itchy so I asked NP to check my eyes and she refused to get up out of her seat to look at them. She just sat and looked at computer screen for majority of the appointment and told me I didn't have pink eye. Can you at least check? You're across the room and I had glasses on. Never going back, especially when I feel like i'm burdening them with my visit.

I can't believe this Urgent Care facility is still allowed to operate. By far the worst medical experience of my life. After waiting 3 hours and seeing the doctor for 5 minutes the doctor told me she didn't have time to discuss my symptoms or concerns. She wrote me a prescription for a muscle relaxer and pushed me out of the door.nThis medical operation seems borderline illegal. Unfortunately it's incredibly hard to report this to any authority or governing body (as I immediately researched upon existing their building).

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in very little time but was not rushed or ignored at all. As I do not have insurance, the NP (I did not see a doctor, nor did I need to) went through my options clearly and we chose a plan that worked for me. It was not expensive, was clean and up to date, had helpful staff, knowledgeable NP, and efficiency was a plus.

Worst experience with an urgent care. Deborah Spears over charged my account. with the lack of professionalism proceeded to give me an attitude for HER mistake. All while also treating other patients with disrespect and bluntly ignoring them. All while also talking about customers in front of them with her other desk co-worker. Do Not Go Here!! Unless you want to be overcharged and treated like trash while you are sick.

Not that great of an experience. Once they thought I might have covid they rushed me out the door, didnu2019t call in my prescriptions like they told me they would and Iu2019m pretty sure I only have bronchitis but just because I had a slight temp they assumed and rushed me out.nAfter hours of waiting for a call back I finally call the primary dr. in the same office and they inform me that my scripts were never called in like I was told they were. So now Iu2019m waiting to see if they will get called in. Itu2019s been 24 hours since I went to the dr. originally and still havenu2019t got a script called in
