So the sign said take a number I did 2 people walked in after me and gotten taken care of before me why have a sign that says that if people can't read. Now the back the lady that takes your temperature, blood pressure etc She is sweet and awesome doctor or whatever he is horrible went for a bad cough and didn't get any cough syrup he was more worried about a ear infection i had that wasn't bothering me still have a bad cough and cough syrup from the stores suck...

I was very very disappointed in the medical staff at this urgent care center especially after working the emergency room myself for forum for 14 years! Everyone was kind and friendly but that doesn't cure anyone. The triage nurse needs to learn how to swab a throat, you won't get any results if you don't touch the throat, she stopped because gagged when she touched my tongue. The nurse practitioner was its concerned about being funny and cute then treating patients. Let me just say this, I knew I was in trouble when he asked me if I had tonsils after looking down my throat! I wad told I had laryngitis do nothing other than drink tea and don't talk, in fact I ended up with pneumonia and still waiting on results for strep. Needless to say that was a waste of time and I threw away. $100.00.

I was very disappointed in my experience. The nurses were great, but the doctor wasn't kid friendly. My daughter who is 8 had a abscess on her leg, he barely numbed it, and while he was cutting it open he didn't stop as she felt pain and was screaming. My daughter was tramatized. I would never tell anyone with a kid to go here......

Terrible experience. I had an appointment for noon today. What is the point of making an appointment if it means nothing and they won't get you checked on anytime close to that. I understand it's an urgent care and they have walk ins left and right but why would they let people call in days ahead of time and schedule an appointment. It's 2:04 and I have yet to see the doctor. Worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility.

Don't waste your time. They will send you to the emergency room anyways. The receptionist is very rude and the doctor is too. My nurse was the only pleasant one.
