In and out quickly. After being dismissed at the children's hospital and being told my son has a virus and to let it run its course I decided to take him here for a second opinion. The staff was kind and caring and patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examine him to determine why he has been so sick. They caught an ear infection that the children's hospital doctors missed. Hopefully with the antibiotics he will be on the mend soon.nI will definitely be coming back for any medical issues with my family. Highly recommend.

We took our daughter here to check if she had a strep throat because it was late in the evening and her primary doctor's office was closed. They have online booking for an appointment. This made filling out all forms very convenient and made the check in faster. The wait time was short, the place is clean and staff are friendly.

This was my first visit with your office. I had previously gone to HMG Urgent Care in Colonial Heights, but when I went there I found out that office has been closed permanently so I came to your office. It was a very pleasant experience. Your facility is in a convenient location and was very clean. The receptionist, nurse and provider were all extremely friendly and professional. I was seen by your provider who assessed my situation and gave me instructions on how to take care of my medical problem. I left and immediately drove to Walgreens less than a mile from your practice to pick up prescriptions that were sent in for me from your provider. This was a very good experience and I will definitely come back to your facility in the future if I have a need for urgent care.

I have used Foundation urgent care three times and love the care I have received . Everyone I have seen has been knowledgeable and taken care of the issue. That being said the billing department leaves a lot to be desired. I have paid my bill in full at each visit only to receive a follow up bill for 15-25$ a week later. After paying two, I went in and asked why only to be told I shouldnu2019t be getting them, ignore them that is the discount given to self pay uninsured patients. I was guaranteed Iu2019d be refunded what I have paid the bills would stop. I havenu2019t, they havenu2019t. The current bill is 25$ and I will continue to ignore it as I have been advised after my 5th trip in to resolve this issue . If only the billing department performed with the same competence the rest of the staff did.nUPDATE:: since this review I was contacted by Priscilla and the situation was resolved!! She was very helpful, explained the billing department had gone through some changes. The concern for client satisfaction was apparent as well as wanting to maintain high standards for the whole clinic. I can now give this clinic a 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you
