I've been here two or three times now and every time the doctor seems very caring, and very knowledgeable and seems to have a lot of experience. And, they don't rush you.nThe medical assistants, and lady at the front desk, are also very nice. The medical assistant I had last week was a guy with very dark brown/black hair, glasses and I believe he had a beard? It was about 3:00 a.m. when I went, so whoever that guy was, was very cheerful, positive, and you could definitely tell he loves his job . When I've been there, which is usually late at night, I've never had to wait- which is unheard of at other ERs. That's why I drive a lot farther to go to this ER than the ER that is a few minutes from my house. Highly recommended!

Visit was timed when there was no one else waiting to be seen even though this was a Saturday. Care was prompt and skillfully done. Dr Schlieffer and Amanda were experienced and knowledgeable. They made my husband feel at ease and confident in their ability to help. I am a retired RN and I was impressed with the facility, the cleanliness and especially the level of care that was given. He was even able to have a CT scan on the premises. The report was ready immediately and was very thorough.nAll-in-all, a thumbs-up in all areas.

I've never visited an Urgent Care in Fountain Hills, and I sure picked the right one, no doubt. When a person feels horrible, it's sure nice to be treated with care like you were with family. Treated friendly, efficiently and effectively from the moment I walked in the door. Great staff and facility. Wait times were less than the hospital ER and exams performed quietly and with privacy. Upon leaving I was given a multi-page printed report and CD with X-rays and CT images for my primary care physician for follow-up as well as recommendations and prescription sent to my pharmacy. Another plus for residents of Fountain Hills!

I had to visit the emergency room three times while on vacation, and I can't say enough good things about the experiences. From the moment I walked in, I was seen quickly and treated with so much care and respect. All of the personnel (especially Amanda) were absolutely amazing u2014 kind, attentive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. The treatment I received was spot on, and I left feeling so much better. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation so much easier!
