Extremely disappointed with this urgent care center. It does not even deserve the 1 star I was forced to put in order to post this. Just because they call themselves urgent care doesnu2019t mean they accept all insurance u2014 don't assume they do.I walked in today and was given the option to fill out paperwork or use my phone. I chose my phone and spent 10 minutes entering my personal info, uploading my driveru2019s license, insurance card, and credit card. Only after all of that was I called up and told they donu2019t take my insurance.Why wasnu2019t that the very first question I was asked? Even worse no one asked why I was there. What if it was an actual emergency? What if it was a life-or-death situation? They would have had no idea because they never asked.This is deeply concerning. Please be careful! this place is more interested in collecting your info and money than actually helping people. The oath to care for others seems meaningless here. Itu2019s not about health, itu2019s about dollars. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolute waste of time coming here. The doctor walked in telling me all I need is Motrin, listened to my breathing, and walked out saying Motrin. Iu2019ve been sick for a week with a terrible sore throat. He didnu2019t ask me my symptoms. Didnu2019t talk to me at all. Was in the room for under a minute. This is why I donu2019t use CityMD. Total waste of my time. This is not healthcare.

It was such a long wait here even though Iu2019ve completely the online check-in for my appointment. I waited for 50min and the doctor is no where to be found! whatu2019s the point of making an appointment ahead of time?!

I arrived at City MD at 1pm and had to make it to work in an hour. I was seen and had my problem addressed in half an hour and did not feel rushed at all. I was seen by Dr. Zoila Flores who was really kind and really made sure I fully understood my treatment plan.
