My wife was getting a test that required timing with her body. Central scheduling gave her the wrong number of days to count and also requested someone else drive her home (which isnu2019t actually required). We both left work just to be told my wife (alone) should come back later.nThe staff told us that itu2019s a common problem with central scheduling, but they continue to give patients the wrong information. I can understand a single mistake, I canu2019t understand how the staff can allow it to continue happening. Clearly there are communication issues and documentation that needs to be updated.
