I highly recommend this place for any professional needs. This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is very kind and considerate and will expedite whatever your services are. Highly professional extremely courteous with a very pleasant atmosphere. My visit to Freedom 2 Go was very pleasant. I arrived without an appointment. I was greeted at the door. The office staff was very nice and worked me into their schedule, I felt very BLESSED . The staff was also very respectful and welcoming. I will be back if I have a option to pick them again. Lovely Staff , Lovely Place of business.

The staff at this place was unbelievable! It was obvious that the young lady was very busy, but she did not rush me; she was cordial, and very professional in all her dealings with me. I also saw the professionalism with which she treated others. One more thing: She helped me finish a program on her computer, with no gain for herself. That kind of service is rare, and hard to find. During my attempt to book an appointment with this company through a third-party site for employment at a finance firm, I called the company to inquire about the payment process. However, the lady who picked up the call had an unpleasant attitude and was extremely rude, continuously cutting me off. She questioned why I was calling and even went on to express her displeasure with her companyu2019s name being on the site.nnAs someone who runs a part-time fingerprinting company myself in this very same city, while studying full-time, I understand the importance of professionalism and empathy in business. Unfortunately, some business owners lose sight of their mission along the way and allow their egos to take over, which can be harmful to their business in the long run. Kindness goes a long way in this industry, and it's disappointing to see customers being taken for granted.nAlthough I wanted to support a business that I assumed was also minority-owned, I cannot bring myself to book their services if I am made to feel uncomfortable. Pride and ego can be detrimental to a business and cause clients to lose interest in their services faster than anything else. I didnu2019t deserve to be spoken to in that manner. Do better.

Is a great place for a second chance. Owner is very professional and knowledgeable of the trucking industry. Only you can mess yourself up once you are into the program. If you need any help or advise into getting your career back this is the place to go.
