Went to the freedom urgent care, since I fell and sprained bad both of my ankles and scraped my knee. They treated me with professionalism, taking care of me and explained everything. The radiologist was amazing and was patiently with me while she was taking the x-rays with the help of my husband since I canu2019t move or coming down from the x-Rayu2019s table to the stepping and to the wheelchair. (It was the most painful experience ever!). They called and texted me, the next day, to see how Iu2019m feeling. Thank you for taking care of me! This morning May 25th I needed help with my eye injury and PA Anda was very professional, great bedside manners and was patient in listening to my concerns. He explained everything I needed to do with an understanding. Really liked his calm demeanor.

I donu2019t have enough bad things to say about this place. Donu2019t bother making an appointment, it wonu2019t matter - you will be seen many hours after your appointment time. The front desk receptionist is wildly incompetent and despite my insurance being a $50 copay for urgent cares and that being proven to the receptionist, they proceeded to charge me over $500. ME. Not my insurance, ME. 2 hours later when weu2019re seen by the PA, heu2019s got a terrible attitude and after assessing my son who is coughing like crazy in front of him asks u201cwhat do you want me to do?u201d - this place is full of incompetence and itu2019s SCREAMING fraud. Iu2019ll be working with my insurance to get things corrected and look forward to this business reimbursing me some money.

The front desk safe was nonchalant to the max barely wanted to give me my receipt , kept complaining bout how she finna get off .. the wait is too insane honestly like .. whatu2019s the point of the urgent clinic.. DONT COME HERE unless you got time .

Visiting this Urgent care was a great experience, from the front desk the checking in lady, I believe her name is Charisna was very kind, the lobby is very clean, and then the NA who called me to the room, which she was very friendly I remembered thanking her for working that day, because it was a day after thanksgiving day. The PA Brain, he was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He made the small but intense surgery pretty smooth. I highly recommend Freedom Urgent care to anyone who needs medical attention.
