What Customers Say

I hoped that with each visit to this location, things would improve between visits, but it didn't. First, the scheduling and customer service was terrible. Each time I came to this office, it took at least 30 mins to be seen. The longest time it took to be seen by my care provider was an hour and a half. Once I needed a follow up to go over test results. The person at the front desk asked me when I was available, I told them the dates, and they said that my NP would be on vacation, so I'd have to see the other doctor at the practice. I asked if that was something that this practice did, and she assured me that it was fine. Two weeks before my appointment, I got a call saying that I needed to reschedule, as I had to be scheduled with my doctor. I set up another appointment. The day of my appointment, I was called and asked if I could come in any earlier. I told them that I could, only to receive a call a few minutes later telling me to keep my previous appointment time. During my first appointment, they did a battery of tests, including a chest X-ray which wasn't necessary. I didn't have any trouble breathing and I didn't have COVID recently so there was no need. When asked about my prior conditions, I told my NP that I had asthma, and had it since I was a child. She said she wasn't sure about that diagnosis, and said that she would refer me to a pulmonologist. I told her that I did not have money to see a specialist, and that I would gladly get my records for my old doctor to her her, as well as my little prescription for my inhaler. She sharply responded with, I'm not playing that game, I don't know what any of that is. I'll write you a prescription for an inhaler.I was later diagnosed with sciatica, and I went to an urgent care center who gave me perscrptions, sent me home with exercises to do and told me to follow up with my doctor. I made an appointment online, stating that the appointment type was a follow up, and I listed all the details of the urgent care visit. When I went for my follow-Up appointment, the nurses started doing a physical on me. I told them the reason for my visit, and they said okay and that they would tell my NP. When I got to see the NP, I asked if she knew that I was there for a follow-up from my sciatica. She blankly looked at me, and asked what I was prescribed by the urgent care doctor, wrote it down, and moved on from that conversation and continued doing work for my physical. I was surprised that she didn't ask if I still had pain, and didn't ask what I was doing to prevent it.I mentioned that I had developed issues with losing weight, and she told me to stop eating candy and fast food, both things that I eat less than once a month. This company also had a data breach and failed to notify their patients for months.Lastly, when I called the office, left a message and asked why I was being billed 6 months after a visit and not by my insurance company, I never received an answer, and I never received another bill. There were a few other instances that made me question this place, but these were bigger ones that I could not ignore. My partner also goes to this office, and he has no issue with his doctor, who was not the NP I was seeing.Terrible scheduling, and a NP that couldn't care less is the reason I'm not coming back to this practice.

I would say zero stars if I could. Itu2019s been well over six months since Iu2019ve started to see Dr.Patel as my primary care doctor and itu2019s been more than one instance where I felt rejected and uncared for. Iu2019ve battled with a severe case of asthma since 6 months and Iu2019ve been intubated in the past for it so u can imagine the frustration I felt after it took her 4 months to write a prescription that was appropriate for my insurance and being told over and over just to come back or call in as if I donu2019t have a full fledged career/life outside of seeing her every other week paying copay after copay for weight management and asthma check ins to beg for an albuterol inhaler as the last one she u201csentu201d to my pharmacy didnu2019t u201cprocessu201d for whatever reason. Overall just a lot of unusual behaviors from someone thatu2019s licensed as a doctor that a standard practitioner could do with their eyes closed for an asthma patient. The icing on the cake for me was once she became successful at getting me on to a daily maintenance inhaler (which didnu2019t respond well to my body) I fell ill for over a week and came back and complained to her about chest pain/shortness of breath just to be told that everyone is sick and the new medication played no part with it and to go home and drink warm water to get the yellow/green phlegm out of my chest in order for me to feel better.. I was told this while experiencing a bronchial attack in her office as she stood well over 15 feet across from me. Didnu2019t listen to my lungs, X-rays, nor did she prescribe antibiotics or the usual prednisone, NADA!.. just..warm ..wateru2026 then turned around and said that she canu2019t help me with FMLA docs after I ended up at emergency room after she knew she prescribed me some B.S that my body reacted to so Iu2019m now about to lose my job while being in the midst of paying copay after copay to her for an illness that she doesnu2019t consider being u201csevereu201d enough to have days off or seek rational assistance for. So to end things, Iu2019m guessing she wanted to convince me that drinking warm water is more important than breathing yu2019all so if you want a SpongeBob doctor, go to her! Dr. Seema Patel

Terrible front desk service.I was calling to make appointment on 11/18.i called the 11mins.they told me to schedule an appointment on 12/10 2:00. Wasted my time and moneyuff01I remember it was a black lady who made the appointment for me. I have never seen such poor service, if you can't even make an appointment, please don't work hereuff01I didn't know their manager is Dr. Jones? I will file a complaint, wasted my money and time, ruined all my plans! They couldn't give me a solution, and they wouldn't even make an appointment for me as soon as possible, ridiculous!Do not come here!
