I recently had an incredible experience at Friendly Urgent Care! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and truly lived up to the clinic's name. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The providers were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Friendly Urgent Care and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking urgent medical attention!

Overall, I recommend. I went in around 12:30pm on a Tuesday and was out by 1pm heading to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. The doctor was lovely and I didnu2019t feel rushed.The environment definitely feelsu2026basic/not a lot of TLC, so I wasnu2019t sure what to expect when I walked back to be seenu2026also my name was called from the back instead of the physicians assistant coming to the door and escorting me back, which I found strange. I like to have clear directions in what to do when Iu2019m visiting a medical office (especially if Iu2019m not feeling well, which should be assumed). However, the quick and quality service from the doctor made up for the lacking environment and clunky processes.Not many urgent cares take my insurance so Iu2019m glad to find one that I donu2019t have to pay beyond my copay for.

lol just because they're called Friendly Urgent Care doesn't mean they're always friendly. 1 Star. I walked in feeling like a bag of crap but was as courteous as possible when I checked in, having worked in retail. The receptionist was any thing but- curt, annoyed at the world for something, and apparently I was the jerk when when I mentioned getting an error on their check in machine.

Iu2019ve been a patient for the past year and every time i come to this place i am amazed, the front desk, medical assistant and Provider are amazing and do above and beyond. The care inside and outside is amazing. The provider Andrea made sure to treat me and also made sure I was fine a week after my visit which I loved. I donu2019t have a primary at the moment but this place showed me the best care of all.
