I was admitted for a knee manipulation under anesthesia procedure at this facility. The check in process was unique with pagers given to patients. I liked the ease of the check-in process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed breakfast at the cafeteria while waiting for me to come out of recovery. The facility is currently under construction but isn't a problem. My procedure was a quick one but all precautions were taken seriously. I was very impressed with the medical staff.

02/18/2025nu2b50nnOur experience at the ER was frustrating from the start. The entrance is nearly impossible to spotu2014we drove past it and had to circle back before finally finding it. ud83dude97ud83dudd04 Better signage is definitely needed. Itu2019s located at the back of the building and feels like an afterthought in terms of placement.nnOnce inside, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive to my wife. ud83dude20 Given that she works in a front-facing role, her attitude was completely unacceptableu2014especially in an ER where patients and their families are already under stress. The receptionist who was so rude is pictured. ud83dudcf8 The layout also doesnu2019t make sense; the entrance should be more prominent.ud83dudeaau27a1ufe0fud83dudc81u200du2640ufe0fnnThat being said, the doctors and the rest of the staff were decent, but the poor first impression made the visit far more frustrating than it needed to be. ud83cudfe5ud83dudc68u200du2695ufe0f

Gave birth to my baby here! The team was kind and attentive. I really appreciated the postpartum care I received. My had my own nurse check in every few hours. Baby also had their own nurse separately. The food was good and we even had a celebration dinner provided before discharge. The rooms were clean as well. Special thanks to Nurses Carla, Leslie, and Natalie.

The hospital lobby is like that of a luxury hotel, complete with a roaring fireplace on a cold morning. The check-in was streamlined, even at 5am. The Registered Nurse, named Kevin, who took me back for surgery and went over my health history, was very kind and pleasant. The Anesthesiologist was verynattentive and pleasant. The staff was considerate of my pickup procedure, since friends came to get me after surgery. I feel honored to have been able to have my surgical procedure at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco and highly recommend this hospital.

I recently delivered my first baby at Baylor Scott & White Frisco, and I canu2019t say enough good things about the experience. I had an elective induction and was a little nervous going in, especially as a first-time momu2014but from start to finish, the care I received was absolutely fantastic.nnThe nurses and staff were exceptional. They kept me well-informed throughout labor and delivery, and were incredibly supportive and attentive during my postpartum stay. I had tons of questions, and every single person I interacted with was patient, kind, and knowledgeable.nnA special shoutout to nurse staff and the lactation consultants, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident as a new mom. Also the celebration meal is 10/10 - use it!nnI would 100% recommend Baylor Frisco to any expecting parentu2014it was truly a five-star experience.
